Chinook (King) Salmon
The elite of Alaskan seafood. Firm texture, gorgeous color and rich flavor make this fish prized by high-end restaurants and supermarkets.

Coho (Silver) Salmon
Mild in flavor, Coho salmon are both delicious and versatile. Perfect any way you prepare them—grilled, roasted or smoked.

Keta (Chum) Salmon
