Hook and line caught, frozen at sea
Seanna Seafoods products are caught one at a time, by a method known as hook and line. By landing each fish individually, without nets or other equipment that can compromise texture, our fish are delivered to market in perfect condition. After we bring them aboard, our fish are immediately cleaned and frozen at sea in a superior state of freshness.
